Astra Schedule rooms, equipment, and services are all considered “items” that are part of the “inventory” in the ObjAcct application.

 

Rooms and equipment are “non-stock” item types, and services are “service” item types.

 

The Astra Schedule room or resource name is mapped to the ObjAcct Item ID field. For room records this field will display BuildingRoomConfigurationname.

 

The Astra Schedule room type or resource category is mapped to the ObjAcct Item Category field.

 

The default billing unit for items is Hourly.

 

A default sales account is required and assigned during import.
